Nice ambiance hotel. Well located in Furano town. Breakfast is adequate, not buffet style. Very friendly staff. Easy Parking.

Room size is quite small to lay out 2 large suitcases.

Personal war nicht sehr hilfsbereit, ich solle zum Bahnhof fahren wenn ich eine Frage zur Suica Karte hätte, dort solle ich Google Translate zur Kommunikation verwenden, eine Anruf dort war keine Option, Einstellung des Skishuttle Verkehrs wurde nicht bekannt gegeben, des Liftdienstes auch nicht
