スタッフの方は親切でした。

This is a great day spa with excellent food and friendly staff. There is nothing else close by. Also not a good hotel experience. You have to check out every day even if staying multiple days. You have to leave from 9-10am each day and are not allowed to access your capsule until 5PM each day.

お風呂が7種類以上あり、ゆっくり楽しめ、夜、ぐっすり眠れました。スタッフも丁寧に説明してくれ、施設の事で戸惑うようなことは無かった。

Got to love Japan. The most organized cleanest and efficient operations. Lived every part.

施設は良かったです。 温泉の種類もあり、ベッドも上か下か選ばせてくれました。 最寄りの駅がsuica使えないので不便でした。

After a long flight taking a hot bath made me refreshed and relaxed. I would really recommend to anyone. The facility was exceptionally clean. You will all love there.

送迎バスがあり便利です。温泉も綺麗に清掃されてて気持ちよくのんびりできました。

Very clean and relaxing spa near the airport. Staff were very nice and welcoming. It can be a little bit challenging understanding the various rules for bathing at first if you dont understand Japanese language/conventions, but they do provide English guides for that
