Zimmer sehr großzügig gestaltet mit vielen Extras wie Kaffee, Tee etc. Frühstück war sehr großzügig und lecker. Privater Onsen war einer unserer Highlights auf der Reise. Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war fabelhaft. Massagesessel im Zimmer war ebenfalls super.

View from the room was great.

Long distance from town, hard to communicate with hotel staff to request a taxi to town. Final day, went to request taxi to station and they tell me there is a free shuttle to town, no one had disclosed that information over the course of the 3 days we stayed and repeatedly requesting taxis. Hotel outdated in general. Clean, but tired in appearance, not great mattress and pillow combos. Hard to even use translator service to communicate a request for an extra pillow etc. Onsen does not allow tattoos without cover, extensive searching and messaging prior and never advised. Also learned upon arrival they also do not allow swimwear. Would not have packed and carried for 2 weeks if we'd known. Fine with the policy, just poorly communicated.
