員工非常親切，清潔也很乾淨細心，房間寬敞舒適，雖然地點離日田車站市區有點距離，比較適合自駕旅客，但停車場很大很方便。一樓大廳也有非常適合獨旅者休息用餐的空間，一樓提供的咖啡熱水微波爐也很實用。有機會會再入住。
