お部屋にキッチンが付いていて、道具や食器も揃っているところ。施設は山の中にあるので、街のスーパーで食材さえ買えば全てを施設の中で完結させることができます。冷蔵庫には野菜室もありました。 液晶も大きく、ベッドに転がりながら映画やYouTubeを見ることができて快適でした。

レストランの接客は少し微妙だったと思います。 アレルギーがあるため、選択した和朝食において様々な変更をしていただけてありがたかったです。しかし、朝食会場に着いてすぐ、スタッフの方から遠回しに料理を変更するのがめんどくさいから、明日はお茶漬けにしてくれと言われました。 同じくホテルのレストランで働いている身として、ゲストに対するあの対応はあまり良くないのではないかと感じてしまいました。

担当してくれた方がとても親切でした。部屋の内装や大浴場も文句無しです。必ずまた行きます。

Comfortable room

Location not the best

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path. One of the access roads is relatively underdeveloped with very few streetlights, which can feel a bit uneasy if you aren't familiar with the area. On the plus side, the room facilities are modern and very comfortable, though the heating could be stronger. The breakfast was delicious, and the hot spring facilities were a highlight of the stay.

Good for value, the room is looks new and nice, complementary shuttle service from station, the dinner and breakfast is extremely good, service is very good as well.

Location is far from town, but it’s not a big deal with the complementary shuttle service.
