開放感があった！公園に囲まれていて環境もよかったです。

マットレスが硬かった。駅から荷物がある場合、地下道がちょっと不便。

The location is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast and there was no problem signing in. Breakfast had a good selection.

The beds were pretty hard, but would be fine if you like that.

施設も綺麗で清潔感があり良かった

加湿器の使い方がよくわからなかった。 2人だと荷物の置き場や、椅子が無く、お値段も安かったので仕方ないが、その辺りは値段なりだった

"駐車場と場所案内"

駐車場の予約が必要とは、知らなかった。市役所駐車場利用と言われたが料金も1000円だった。ホテル利用ならば、無料でいてほしい。 市役所付近に東横INN2カ所あること知らずに行って市役所から離れた東横INNに行きました。メール案内などで詳しく案内してほしい。初めて行くのでかなり疲れた😠
