昨年同様レストランでの対応に満足です。自閉症の娘の対応にご配慮いただいてありがたかった。 湧き水が美味しいので珍しいことですが娘がごくごく飲んでいたのが印象的でした。

リゾート気分を味わいたければ何ら意義のない環境だろう。ましてや、自家用車等身動きに自由度が充分あれば、 最高のシチュエーションが準備されていると云えよう。高級リゾートにない庶民的で肩の凝らない雰囲気がここにはあった。食事も同様に素晴らしく、西洋料理は特によろしい。本当に水が旨い。

和食に気遣いを、もっと地域の家庭料理に近いものを提供して欲しい。 チーズの姿は見えなかった。

先說結論，2025.07-08間在日本自駕3週，住了不少間商務旅館、溫泉飯店，這間EN Resort渡假村是全家共識最滿意的一間，期待日後有機會再來。 交通：我們是第二次到訪磐梯朝日國立公園，EN Resort 渡假村位置較為偏遠（從裡磐梯遊客中心或諸橋近代開車過來約15分鐘，或從JR豬苗代駅搭接駁車約23公里），冬季為滑雪場，整個渡假村座落在緩坡森林及草地之間，環境非常優美寧靜。 服務：抵達旅館之後，有服務人員協助卸行李，還提供手推車可到房間門口，旅館人員也會說流利英語解說飯店相關設施。而房間規劃相當不錯，空間算大有陽台，打開窗戶即見杉林，客廳佈置優雅。一樓餐廳晚餐、早餐採自助式，日式、西式餐食種類多樣且精緻，服務人員也很親切，有賓至如歸之感。

以交通而言，自駕行比較方便。

Great middle-of-nature location. Careful foods selection. Very nice staff.

Rooms clean and functional but rather outdated. Bathroom lavatory very low, barely above knees. A/C worked on the first evening only. Piano and golf course removed/discontinued.

The buffet dinner and breakfast are yummy, the onsen is clean but the water is pretty hot, the staff’s service is very good and there are lots of activities eg badminton, table tennis, soccer.

The aircon in the room is too weak for summer. Got pretty warm in the middle of the night 🥵

Half board was pleasant, sufficient choice of dishes. Friendly staff, a little worse English, but we managed to communicate. The onsen was nice.
