The house is located in a beautiful and very characteristic area of Kyoto, truly charming. The building itself is a traditional Japanese home, with great potential and authentic charm.

We weren’t expecting anything fancy for the price, but even the basics were missing. The place was dirty, messy, and had an unpleasant smell from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was also visibly dirty and poorly maintained. A real shame, because with a bit of care and cleaning, it could be a wonderful place.

L'établissement est sale, et je suis repartie pleins de piqûre de punaise de lit. L'auberge est insalubre, c'est scandaleux.

何時でも　チェックイン後は自由に出入り出来る

汚ない　匂いがして中々寝れなかった オーナーがチェックイン時　外出中で30分位待たされ　翌朝早く出発やったので　かなり凹んだ。

Located in a quiet neighborhood with shopping and markets within short walking distance.

The person running the guesthouse lives onsite and is somewhat despondent. After staying for 4 nights and parking my bicycle in the tight space inside the doorway and directly in from of the reception desk he did not know who I was or had any record on his computer of my stay. It took nearly 40 minutes to checkout because of this, after showing him my confirmed reservation on Booking.com and the payment I made I ended up telling him I was leaving to go. The place is very dirty, no cleaning was done the whole time I was there, trash cans overfull, and people arriving late without a reservation sleeping in the communal space.
