とにかく綺麗でした。 無料サービスもあり、大浴場のドライヤーやシャワーヘッドなど、細部の設備にもこだわりがあり使い心地が本当によかったです。

朝食が美味しいので朝食はつけた方が良いと思います。

air-conditioning smelled moldy. I think it needs to be cleaned. other than that, everything else was very clean.

大変綺麗で施設も申し分ないです。温泉もサウナも良くて、夜鳴きそばもありがたかったです。

Great hot spring facilities. Will be better if there is water stations outside the onsen as well.

All facilities was very clean and comfortable. Very good location to go to Golf Course, entertainment and food.

Room is damping wet feeling with small room.

I’m a regular Aomori visitor. I arrived Sunday to attend a seminar. I stayed 2 nights. I should have reserved 3 nights. This was one of the better stays in Aomori.

整體其實好好。酒店大。但酒店員工在服務方便需要加強。其實counter 有三位員工沒有其他工作做，但要顧客使用自助check in，遇到不明白時， 員工回應態度冷淡，欠主動。要顧客自行解決問題。
