It was a most pleasant stay in my trip. Clean and good location. Breakfast was excellent. Hot spring in the middle of the city and on the top of the hotel, looking at the beautiful view of Aomori port with the cruise ship lit up at night. There were complimentary strawberry jelly in the fridge in the room. All the staff was courteous and helpful. I would love to stay in this hotel again.

非常にきれいでよかったです。 朝食が素晴らしかった！種類も豊富で、地元感も満載。ブュッフェでしたが、常にきれいでした。従業員の方々もテキパキしていて、気持ちのいい挨拶をしてくれました。 エレベーターを待つ時間が少し気になりました。 外国人はやはり温泉は敬遠してしまうのでしょうか？フロアには来るのに、お風呂には入ってこられない方が多い気がしました。

"浴場も部屋も最高でした"

立地もよく、室内も清潔で使いやすく、スタッフの皆さんもにこやかで感じが良かったです。大浴場は思ったより狭かったけど最高でした。アメニティや施設など細やかな心配りが感じられました。 強いて言えば、エレベーターがなかなか来ない、ことが1展減点くらいでしょうか。
