They talk about how everything is brand new but there was a broken tile, garbage disposal was not working, and weird holes on either side of the toilet. They are definitely not pet friendly. The pet area is a tiny area that is overgrown with weeds and garbage everywhere. Also, the sprinklers would block your path to the pet area if you went in the early morning, They also do not let you cool the house down below 74 which is way too hot. The bedrooms were always hot and never cooled down. We would definitely only stay here as a last resort.
This might be the most incredible hotel experience I have ever had! This place is such a steal! I saved so much money per night and yet I felt like I was in a high end resort! 5 stars isn’t enough. Comparing this place to a 5 star hotel is not fair! This is a 10 star hotel. We had enough room for my family of 5 and could probably fit more comfortably. It had a full kitchen, laundry machine(not a coin operated one, a real one) ,two couches that were extremely comfortable, full fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishes, kitchen sink, etc. their is two bedrooms with two king size beds that were very comfortable. With each bed it had two night stands with usb charging ports on them. The bathroom was a full sized bathroom. I do wish there was a way around sharing one bathroom with 5 people, but with some communication it really wasn’t a problem. I forgot to mention a full dining room table with 4 chairs in the previous list. I should also mention the grounds were beautiful and well kept. I found that the pool included in the listing are passes to the local pool, but it is only open in summer. The sites like hotels.com don’t have a better way to communicate that so I hope this helps. Anyways I am all over the place, but seriously this is the place to stay at if your going to Rexburg. Really the best hotel experience I have ever had!
Great space, very clean and quiet, everything you need and extremely comfortable beds.
Comfortable and clean
We stayed for three days and the accommodations were great! We had more than enough room, and the place was very nice. We will definitely book with them again and would highly recommend this place to others.
Amazing place to stay. Super affordable but you get a whole apartment that is actaully nice instead of just a little hotel room. Will be going back!
This property was excellent. Don't hesitate to book. We will be coming back to Rexburg and booking this unit #2 again. Spacious, fully stocked kitchen, everything was brand new, 2 king-size beds in each room, big living room/dining room for our family visit. Close to the university, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for our 5 days stay!
Cool
The sidewalks were not shovelled. The showers head is terrible and the hot water is very very limited and the toilet doesn't flush well in unit 11
