Staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean and tidy. Onsen facilities were also great and breakfast was quite good.
Bed was on the firmer side but understand this is normal for Japanese standards. Would be great if they had a drying room as there were many travellers staying at this hotel for snowsports.
