Enjoyable. Good food, great onsen. No WiFi in the room, which is nice for a change. WiFi only in lobby, which means more interaction with people.

Nothing. WiFi in room might be nice. But I also don't want to spend all my time there watching Netflix.

The Dinner and Breakfast Buffet was great with a lot of variations to chose. The Onsen (Hot Spa) and Sauna was also very nice. Staff was very friendly.

The design of some rooms were a little bit old fashioned (End of Showa/Beginning Heisei Era Style?).
