The room and bathroom could be cleaner. No one mentioned that we could get pajamas. We found out by chan's on our last day

"Lovely hotel"

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good value especially the eggs Benedict. The hotel is perfectly situated and very quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Il check in è stato veloce, la camera pulita e ordinata, la struttura nuova e posizionata in una zona strategica. Personale sempre cordiale e disponibile, servizio impeccabile. Possibilità di attingere a tea, asciugamani e piccoli accessori gratuitamente. Sevizio di deposito bagagli situato a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Che dire, ci tornerei!

Il frigo non raffredda a dovere, l'armadietto in cui si trova si surriscalda velocemente. La camera è piccolina e il bagno stretto ma è normale a Kyoto e più in generale in tutto il Giappone.
