The staff members were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. I liked that there was a bar and breakfast available. The amenity cart was helpful, too!

There could have been more laundry facilities available per floor. I watched one woman go from each floor looking for an available machine.

The staffs were really friendly and helpful! We arrived early and could check-in immediately. Also we were able to put our luggage a day extra there because we wanted it to send to Tokyo on a specific day. The room was quite spacious and clean. And a plus for me because they gave us an actual (bathroom) slippers in our room.

The location is not that close to the station. But it’s in quiet area so it’s still nice. Also, not sure if we need to ask, but I didn’t see any pajamas being provided?
