The hotel is new, clean and has free parking. The room was small but had most things, we had breakfast included in the price and the location is in a good spot for people who will arrive by train. There are lots of nearby food places and a convenience store. They have washing machines available should you be long term traveling. We didn’t hear much noise from other travelers and the rooms smelt smoke free.

I found the bed quite hard and also the pillows, which is quite common in Japanese western style hotels. The breakfast room was the busiest I have ever been in, in Japan, likely due to the 2.5hours it’s open and the small, strange layout. It’s far too small for the amount of people who came down to get breakfast on a Sunday morning. I didn’t feel I could relax as there were just too many people waiting in line to get food, and as a result I felt less inclined to go back and get extra servings. The drinks served were limited to coffee, cold tea and juice.
