There is a common room, which provides microwave and laundry service. These facilities are very useful.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had many amenities. The best thing was the view. It is well worth paying for this type of room. The hotel staff were very friendly, considerate, and attentive. The onsen inside the hotel is fantastic, and the proximity to Kyoto Station is great. We will definitely be back!

Checking in was a smooth friendly process and the hotel has great amenities at reception like toothbrushes, razors etc. The rooms were practical but very small (we had a sofa which gave us zero space for our luggage in the twin room). We wanted to use the laundry facilities before travelling home. We spent over 1000 Yen on this and the clothes were still dripping wet. When we asked reception for help on this they ignored us and said they cannot do anything. This ordeal took up 4 hours on our last night as we kept adding 100Yen each 30 minutes for the clothes to come out no drier. We had to get up at 7am to go to a different laundry to dry our soaking clothes and spent another 500 Yen to get them completely dry. When checking out we thanked the staff and the lady at reception didn’t even lift her head! Hotel has great potential but unfortunately the staff let them down.

いつも利用させていただいてます。温泉があるのが気に入ってます。でも、今回お部屋にお風呂に行くカゴが無かったのが、残念でした。

大浴場もあり、とても快適に過ごせました。

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig von der Station Kyōto entfernt. Es ist sehr neu und die Zimmer und Bäder sind geräumig. In der Nähe sind einige Konbinis und eine Mall fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Matratzen und Kissen sind (wie fast überall in Japan) für uns zu hart. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Besuch Kyotos wiederkommen.

京都駅から歩いてすぐで、イオンモールもあり 便利だった 大浴場の脱衣所が狭かったのが　残念な点でした
