Hotel is quiet, efficient and clean. Bfast was included and we opted for in room delivery which was very nice. Miyahira-San was extremely attentive and helpful. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, Canal City and Tenzin park, nice during Christmas.

We love this property. It is very kids friendly and we enjoy the larger tatami space for lounging and packing. Staff is very friendly and is always available. Breakfast was western style and was very delicious.

This sleek little hotel, only 14 rooms on 7 stories is very well located. Close to canal city, walkable to Old Hakata and the temple district and the port. 10 mins walk from major train station. lots of restaurants nearby very quiet at night very beautiful room mix western and japanese

Western breakfast i would think not meeting the taste of westerners would have been nice to have 2 beanbags to sit on as no other seating provided

The hotel room was very spacious and the location was fantastic. There was a carpark just directly opposite so convenient if you have car. Within walking distant to convenient store, Canal city and main city shopping district.
