Room is spacious & clean, staffs are very nice !

The property is very new and clean, and the whole Japanese concept with tatami and a sand bag for resting is very cosy and nice. The staff, though cannot speak English, are very kind and helpful.

I hope the breakfast has more variety rather than the same for all the days. Someone who can speak a little English would be helpful too.

Amazing amazing service. Hotel manager greeting us from our taxi… to helping us find restaurants to dine, to showing us to the elevator, our ferry changed due to weather and they were so accommodating fir the cancelation of one of the nights…. Just so lovely everyone. The room was a bit small for our family of 4 but to be expected of Japan hotel. In retrospect should have reserved 2 rooms. Our fault.

직원들 서비스와 호텔 환경이 매우 만족스럽습니다. 후쿠오카 관광에도 매우 좋은 위치를 가지고 있어서 도보 여행도 편안했습니다.

酒店每層只有兩間房，但每間都十分之大、乾淨、舒適。最喜歡有一大片榻榻米的空間。

아주 만족합니다. 깨끗하고 작지만 분위기 있는 리셉션, 친절한 스텝, 바로 앞의 공용주차장 모두 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 텐진 및 기타 여러곳으로 갈때 걸어서 모든게 해결되고 도심과 가까우면서도 조용한 골목에 자리하고 있어 마음이 따뜻해지는 공간이었습니다. 다음 간다면 꼭 다시 이용할 생각입니다.

골목이라 조용하지만 좀만 걸으면 번화가라 묵기 편했습니다! 신축이라 깔끔하고 직원분들도 너무 친절해여. 와인바도 너무 귀엽고요. 넘 추천합니다

번화가에서 가까우면서도 조용하고, 작지만 고즈넉한 디자인이 좋았습니다. 직원들이 너무 친절 했습니다. 다시 간다고해도 예약하고 싶은 호텔입니다.
