The location of the hotel, super friendly staff, convenient shuttle service from kawaguchiko station and Lawson in 100 meters distance. On the other hand, the surrounding area were quiet and have a great view of Fuji from the hotel dining room and just outside from the lobby. Well recommended.

The location is very strategic. Not far from Kawaguchiko Station, very close to the bus stop in the town center to be able to explore and visit the surrounding tourist attractions. And most importantly, the beautiful view of Mount Fuji directly from the room without any obstructions. Many free public facilities are provided, such as a shuttle pick-up and drop-off to and from Kawaguchiko Station, public baths, massage chairs, even vintage games. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was so friendly, room was really big and cozy, the staff pickup us directly from the bus station as free services.. some more the major point is the view of Mount Fuji from our room window is magnificent, we had dinner at lobby rest area the vibe really nice and vintage feel.. everyone who travelling to fuji should not missed this place as part of your stay!! You will be satisfied.. btw oleo was so cute.. overall the hospitality is top notch with good price.. definitely will stay here again if come to fuji

Super nice staff, and a great atmosphere overall in this place ! You have direct views on Mt Fuji from the bedrooms and there are some photos spots a few minutes away

Normally I do not take the effort to rate or review the place I visit, because the rating simply matches with my experience, but this hotel was out of the world. The rooms were okay like what you would expect for the price, the location was awesome, but the service was the best I have ever had. They came to pick you up at the station (which is already crazy for a budget hotel and a 15 minute walk), then greeted me in the most kind way, brought my stuff up to my room and helped me with my questions. I think if you want a conversation with these people they would be more than open for it, so yeah the stay itself was awesome already and the best I had in Japan and I have certainly stayed at more luxerious and expensive hotels. The most crazy part came after I left, once I was packing I did not notice I did not have my ring cage with me (samsung ring so the cage is also the charge station) and simply buying a new one would cost 2 weeks of shipping time and 90 euros. So the first thing I did was message the hotel and they said: "yeah we have found it". So going back and forth on how we should arrange it for me to get it back and they said if you send the information of your next hotel (which is the worst I have stayed in, in Japan, but that is inrelevant) we will send it there. Oh and as a added bonus the shipping fees were on them, because I stayed 2 nights. These people went out of their way to help me and refused to let me pay a dime, this hotel is exceptional!

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. The view from the cafe lounge is superb.

The hotel told us they could not arrange the car for us to the station because it was early (a bit before 8) but then there were another group of guests who left earlier than us but still were able to arrange car send off from the hotel. Anyway, not a big thing though.
