6 night snowboarding family holiday with teenagers. Good sized rooms, well equipped house with washer dryer. Great sauna and a bath! Beds firm but comfortable. Well heated. Staff were businesslike but attentive and responsive. There are food trucks a short walk away and a few close ish restaurants if you don’t want to taxi into town for dinner. A 7-eleven is 10 minute walk away

It snowed a lot while we were there! This was awesome but it’s a fair walk uphill to the gondola in the mornings. We were glad we were in snowboard boots and not stiff ski boots. It would be harder if it was icy. Would be nice to have a couple of extra blankets for the couch in the evenings when watching tv

The property was impeccable ! We loved our stay :)

The beds weren't the most comfortable. The pillows were a little flat.

Location. It was close to everything, coffee , food, and anything to do with snow activities. Accommodation was perfect, had everything needed and had thoughtful features to make it suitable and practical for staying in this snowy environment

Nothing. I wanted to stay there longer.

Location . Furano public transport and ability to use all that is available for a visitor in Furano is impossible .

Cleanliness , comfort of beds Ease of check in and responsiveness of rception when we had a small problem ( we broke 1 wine glass and they replaced it free of charge same day ) Location for access to pistes

Having to leave such a wonderful place! Not having at least 1 double bed
