Absolute amazing experience here, the baths downstairs were amazing, located near train station so easy to get to after a long trip on shinkansen, employees were so helpful and courteous

Highly recommended! I feel like I finally found my favourite hotel. It’s close to the station, renovated ( super clean and new), has a public bath and futon tatami ( Japanese bed), provides traditional Japanese breakfast, and has a welcoming tea and cookies.

We loved this hotel. It was comfortable and convenient. The staff were lovely. We were worried that it would be uncomfortable sleeping on the floor, but it was the most comfortable stay of the whole trip. Highly recommended.
