Perfect for a tourist group or family. They have a good washing machine, comfortable 2 bedrooms, clean bathroom, separate toilet and 1 living room with a small kitchen. The location is too close to many shops, restaurants, and Otaru Canal. The car park is all included. It is on the ground floor so easy to take big luggage. I love there.

The price is a little high. It would be great if you and booking.com will have rate and grade customers and then give them a special discount to a good travelers who keep your place clean, not destroy something, throw garbage in the right place.

- Excellent location that’s less than 10 minutes’ walk (depending on your speed) to the photo point for the canal. - Other attractions are easily accessible by foot, expect some uphill walking that’s manageable. - Lots of eateries just by the apartment. - There’s a convenience store round the corner and another one further down the road. - Free parking is a definite boost. - Spacious for 4. - Apartment is generally clean and well-equipped. - Great remote customer service (all communication was online) with detailed instructions for checking in and out. Also gave clear direction to the property and parking information.

One of the bath towels had a long strand of blonde hair inside the fold.
