Good location, easy check in.

Excellent conmunication from property staff

Beautiful, clean, spacious room with comfy beds. Great water pressure in bath/ shower. Loved having washer/dryer in our room with laundry detergent included. Great location, 5 minute walk to Sanjo Keihan Subway station, walking distance to Gion and next to Lawson convenience store. Would definitely stay here again.

Minn was a great apartment hotel for our family of 3 with a 6 year old. Our family suite was spacious, very clean, and modern with a kitchen and appliances. We enjoyed reserving the private onsen with our family. No food or snacks available, but it was near a Lawson and FamilyMart. The location was also in a great walkable area with a few excellent restaurants within a few blocks, and away from the chaotic downtown. My only suggestion would be to have a full-time front desk receptionist; many times there was no one at the front desk and they preferred that you call/text them from the iPad. 100% would stay here again.

This property was traditional Japanese so if that’s what you’re looking for it is a great option. This location is also close to the subway and the downtown district putting it in a really good location. It is more of a townhouse type of a thing than a hotel since there is no restaurant or anything like that. The stove and washing machine was really confusing so I would recommend bringing a translator.

This hotel is close Nishiki market and to many shrine/temples. It’s very convenient and walkable to shopping and dining.

Great location, great amenities and having access to a hot tub, cold plunge and sauna is just what is needed after a long day of exploring and walking 12+ miles. Staff is very nice and helpful. Stay here don’t over think it.

They don’t have anyone at the front desk. You have to do a virtual check in. Very annoying after traveling for hours. You have to log in and scan QR codes. The room was nice. Private baths were extra.

It’s a new apartment building. Plenty of space, very clean and organized. Highly recommended.

Great experience. The location is very convenient. The apartment was clean and everything was new. The hotel has a great sauna!
