ご飯がおいしかった♡ 到着が遅くなってしまっても、優しく対応してくださり、有り難かったです。

敷布団がもう少し分厚いと良かった。

員工友善，用餐不錯，但硬件偏舊。 溫泉沒有露天部份，有點失望。

Room is big enough. Hot spring is good. Free parking.

The check in time is limited to 2200. The door key should keep at front desk when you go out. We have gone to join summer festival and finished at 9pm and take the car for 30mins by walk and drive back also late 30mins. The bus transfer to town is very limited. I can't believe that if you go out without car is very uncomfortable.

Every thing

Good size rooms, nice onsen, right by chair lift / rope way and spaces to hang out with a group. Dinner and breakfast were delicious! Staff were friendly and offered to drive us to another ski field when the ropeway was closed.

If you don’t want to eat seafood, you will be unhappy with the menu - it was mostly seafood. But varied and tasty! If the ropeway is closed, there is literally nothing to do or anywhere else to eat.

Dinner & Breakfast was the highlight !!!

Hotel is a bit dated.

スキーのシーズンオフの為でしょうか？ 宿泊者が少なく寂しい雰囲気でしたが、静かに落ち着いて過ごす事ができました！温泉の泉質は良かったのですが、熱くて湯船にゆっくり入る事ができませんでした！
