Beautiful view of Tokushima city from the mountain. Buffet was really good, lots of options. Only downside is you will need a car to reach this hotel.

Large room with 2 large european style beds. View is great with balcony.Included buffet dinner and breakfast was also good. Strange thing there was no shower in our room. You had to go to onsen for shower. In the end a nice 1 night stay.On top of a mountain so you will need car.

THe room, the food (breakfast and dinner were an extraordinary buffet), and the view. The shared baths are awesome.

Mostly the location. The hotel sits on the top of Bizan mountain and it makes for an espectacular view of the city. But it also means that if you do not have a car, you depend on an sporadic shuttle service or expensive taxis. Expensive and with long wait times. The staff speaks very, very little English, so more complicated interactions are difficult.g
