"Amazing Stay and What a view"

This place is just amazing in every way. The view from our room overlooking the kamo river is very picturesque. The layout of the room is very well designed and the room is huge and tastefully decorated. The location is close to the subway and minimarts. Love the microwave, the 2 televisions, and the washing machine. Highly recommend!!

"Exceptional"

Wonderful, spacious suites with extensive views over Kamo River and Higashiyama. Small boutique, very private and luxurious rooms with refined decoration. Smart Home system and great amenities. Wine cellar, fully equipped kitchen, and all-inclusive minibar and complimentary breakfast. Friendly concierge who took care of airport transfer with luxury limousine as well as all our fine dining and restaurant reservation needs and guide to Kyoto sites.
