HOTEL R9 The Yard Hitachinakaichige

Customer service is non existent. Staff almost never around. Beware that they refuse to provide with extra towels or pillows. Bathroom is tiny. Kitchen comes with a pan and spatula but absolutely nothing else - what is the point? No cutlety, no bowls, no plates. They expect you to eat out of the hot pan with your bare hands after cooking a meal.

There is a stove in the room but no utensils or tableware provided in the kitchen. Staff absolutely do not provide any form of customer service - and only if you are lucky to catch them on site. Comfort level is very low. Tiny cramped rooms.

Waking up to the soothing sounds of nature right outside my window was rejuvenating and provided a much-needed break from the noise of daily life. The staff at HOTEL R9 The Yard Hitachinakaichige were incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was another highlight, with meals that showcased local flavors and ingredients, making each dish not only delicious but also a reflection of the area's culinary culture. I wholeheartedly recommend HOTEL R9 The Yard Hitachinakaichige to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Hitachi. 近くに「徒歩」コンビニが無いのがちょっといやでしたが、チェックインもすんなり出来ましたし、冷凍食品１品もらえて嬉しかったです！ 国道沿いなのに騒音も無く快適にすごせました。また使いたいです。

They were so polite and enthusiast to the foreign. The hotel staff was super helpful when I experience a severe abdominal pain, they were actively help me look out for a hospital who can receive a foreign traveler. Lastly the room is great which is much bigger and comfortable than my thought

始めての利用させていただきましたが想像異常に過ごしやすかったです。 特にベッドの寝心地が通常のホテル並に良く翌朝も気持ち良く目覚めることが出来ました。
