NLI loved that the room is only serviced every so many days (every day reallyisn'tnecessary), but that you can help yourself to anything that you need, including clean towels etc from an amenities station on the floor. The look and feel was great, it was spotlessly clean and despite a location right in the centre of the city, it was very quiet and peaceful inside.
It could only have been improved with a security box in the room.
