SGIt has all the facilites so we enjoy cooking our dinner with my family. There is an Onsen which also surprised us.

USSGModern rooms with quality furnishings. Peaceful surroundings. The onsite onsen was a bonus. The washing machine cumin dryer was well appreciated! We had 7 pax and it was comfortable for us. They seemed to have improved their check in process which can now be done online prior to check in day.
Not much place to put luggage and no hangers to hang clothes. We had to drape our clothes over the loft walls and staircase railings.
SGLovely space Well equipped with all you need to cook indoors or outdoors. All amenities provided If staying multiple nights, this would have been a treat.
- no covered pathway to carpark - the ramp (for wheeled luggage) was not intuitive or user friendly. It meandered through the landscaping instead of being an efficient ramp to use.
INSpacious, clean and well maintained
Staff were very unhelpful and rude at times. They initially refused to provide bed rails and only accepted after several emails and phone calls with proof of this being in their standard photos. Whenever we asked for anything further in the room (eg a second bed rail or an iron) they refused and were quite rude
