El lugar es precioso. Los productos del baño "increíbles" Café y té disponible. Un sueño de lugar.

Poder quedarme mas días. Abrir la puerta es todo un tema. Si eres foraneo, te haran firmar y enviar documentos e información adicional. El Check-in es tarde. No es un lugar para ir con equipaje, no tiene convenio con empresas de envío de equipaje, así que es para viajero con mochila.

The villa was perfectly located for all of our planned activities in Kyoto.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The stairs to the bedrooms are crazy steep. There is no toilet on the 2F

위치: 기요미즈데라 도입부 전에 있어서 기요미즈데라와 근처를 구경하기에 정말 좋음 시설: 시설이 이미지대로 예쁜 공간이었어요. 그대로여서 놀랐습니다. 청결도: 전 침구랑 샤워실 위생을 제일 중요하게 생각하는데 다 깨끗했습니다. 다만 커피포트랑 오븐만 세척해주심 좋을 거 같아요!! 가격대: 가격대 대비 퀄리티가 정말 좋습니다. 재방문 의사: 100% 기요미즈데라에 또 오면 방문하고 싶습니다.

참고: 문 여는 도어락 버튼이 1칸씩 아래에 있습니다. 거실 티비 좌측에 틈을 딸깍 누르면 화장실&욕실이 있습니다. 계단이 가파르니 주의(안전바 있어요.) 에어비앤비입니다. 관리인이 상주해있지 않아요.

非日常的ですごく楽しかった。 もう一泊したいと思いました。 床暖もついてて、Netflix繋がってて快適でした。 コーヒーメーカーもあったので最高の朝を迎えれました。

お風呂場と一階の庭側の窓に鍵がなくて少し不安だった。 お風呂の目の前に家があって、ベランダから見えるんじゃないかと不安になります。

Everything. This was the perfect spot to stay for our group. The pictures are exactly what you get, which I feel like is rare. I think we talk about how lucky we were to have found this house at least once a week.

Location is very convenient to check out the Higashiyama ward and the surrounding attractions. The house is cozy and clean. The family room is comfortable to hang out for the three of us. We used our own streaming accounts to watch Netflix/Prime. Kitchen came with all the basic supplies for a short stay such as espresso machine with coffee tablets, toaster oven, small fridge & microwave. You would need to get your own basic cooking spices (salt/pepper, cooking oil etc...) The dinnerware (bowls, mugs, cups, plates...) are beautiful — all handmade ceramics! Apparently Kyoto is the hub of handmade pottery!!

The stairs going up to bedrooms is a bit hard to go up and down, at least for one of us seniors (very narrow & painted black so it's hard to see during the nights for bathroom usage). The steps in the kitchen is also narrow and hard to see — we kept kicking our feet into it. The heater didn't work quite well at first, but the lady who came to switch out towels and clear out the trash helped us figured it out.

The second bedroom is hard to fit three adult non-couple people. Three children would work but it should ultimately be 4 adults staying.
