スタッフの対応がとても親切だった

朝食開始が6時30分と聞いて行ったが、既にたくさんの方がおられた、急いでいたが6時30分まで待って食べに行ったので、急いでいれば6時30分前からでも対応できると一言あればよかった。ただし、食事等は良かったし皆さん親切だったので、苦情ではありません。

房間很整潔，飯店一樓也附設洗衣機烘乾機，所以很方便，這次訂的房型有附早餐，早餐簡單但是很好吃，而且高樓如果靠窗的位置景致很棒，飯店人員服務很好，態度都很棒，飯店位置也離車站走路約10分鐘，相當方便

房間走道及空間較為狹小，大行李箱沒辦法全打開。 吹風機不是獨立的，所以空間使用上不是很方便。

"とても明るく居心地の良いホテル"

お客様がたくさんいて大変そうにも関わらず笑顔で挨拶をしてくださり、声をかけてくださり速やかにチェックインすることができた。館内もとても綺麗で清掃スタッフの方々も笑顔で挨拶してくださった。とにかく明るい雰囲気でした。

客室の換気扇にびったりと埃がついていたことが気になった。
