Wir konnten erst um Punkt 14.00h einchecken. Hierbei wurden die "self check in" Terminals vom Personal zugänglich gemacht. Das Personal stand beim "self check" in neben uns und hat dann über die Schulter geschaut ob alles funktioniert. Hilfe bekam man erst wenn der "self check in" nicht geklappt hätte. Das war der Kontakt zum Personal, alles sehr anonym und unpersönlich. Es fand kein Gespräch statt.

Check in and out was very simple, done via machine but there are staff at check in desk to assist if needed. Luggage storage is available. Room was spacious with coffee table, chair and desk as well as bed and bathroom. Very close to the station for buses and trains as well as department stores and restaurants. Easy walk to all the key attractions in the city.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Very reasonably priced and guest rooms more spacious than most in its class. Just steps from the train and bus station, and across the street from a department store with many excellent restaurants. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They booked restaurants, hair salon appointments, and helped with luggage storage and shipment. Rio-san and Inomata-san were especially helpful and spoke excellent English.

チェックインはフロントが空いていても機械を使うように誘導されるのが、少し不便に感じました。 しかもその後に説明しに話しに来ることが、機械化してる意味を感じられません。 部屋は広く綺麗で快適でした。 朝ごはんも美味しく満足しました。 ホテルに専用駐車場が無く、提携駐車場も無いのが不便です。 フロント対応、駐車場以外は綺麗で満足です。

雨天だったのですが、傘の貸し出し、荷物の預かりがあったのがとても助かりました。 Wi-Fiが少し繋がりにくい気がしました ホテルの方はあまり挨拶が出来ていない気がします
