Great location and friendly staff, but rooms are a bit small The location of the b sapporo is very good, and the staff were friendly. We also really enjoyed the complimentary biscuits and coffee! Overall, it is a decent place to stay for the location and convenience, but room size and pillow availability could be improved for families.

However, the room is considered quite small. Unfortunately, on the day we stayed, the hotel ran out of extra pillows, so we only had 2 pillows to share between 2 adults and 2 kids, which was not ideal.
