"Pleasant stay, probably more comfortable during winter"

The check in was smoother than expected, with the hosts being very responsive and providing clear instructions. They were very attentive and had even thought of the little things like providing instructions on how to use the appliances in english, that was extremely helpful! Laundry detergent was provided as well so we managed to do some laundry 😊

As we went in summer time, the weather was quite warm especially at night and that's when we realised the little standfans which were provided were just not sufficient! Did not sleep very well because of that. The layout of the place is such that the toilet and shower is downstairs while the rooms are upstairs, so be aware of this is you are travelling with kids or elderly!

"Clean, modern house with warm and helpful hosts."

Frances and Karen went out of their way to welcome us and ensure that we knew where everything in the house was. They were also very friendly and helped with any queries/ difficulties that we had. The house was clean, modern and extremely well-equipped. We enjoyed our time there.

The house is not air-conditioned and we stayed during the summer. Although fans were provided, they were small and at times difficult to operate. Even with the windows open it could still be a bit stuffy and warm. We brought this up with Frances and Karen and they welcomed our feedback. Everything other than that was great!

"Great Ski house location"

The Host was extremely nice, the house was exactly as advertised and was in a great location for food and drinks in ferano. Very close to the slopes for skiing and would definitely come back in the future.
