Tutto: l'accoglienza, lo staff, la pulizia delle stanze, la colazione sia dolce che salata (no ho provato la loro onighiri factory ma ho visto gli altri clienti molto soddisfatti), la posizione. L'hotel permette di depositare le valigie sia prima che dopo il check-in.
