RIHGA Place Kyoto Shijo Karasuma

Hotel pulito e moderno, con personale gentile e cortese. Molto comode le macchinette per lavare i vestiti. La posizione è ottima: zona di Kyoto pratica per spostarsi facilmente, anche a piedi. Consigliato!

1) Location that very close to Shijo station and Shijo district 2) Hotel lobby that has classic/ traditional Japan atmosphere 3) Free coffee (UCC) in the lobby for guests 4) Japanese traditional breakfast with freshly made onigiri 5) I got best price deal..

Room is a bit small (16m2), but I think it's acceptable for the price deal offered.

Stayed here for 2 nights in Kyoto and had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, in a quiet area and very close to Nishiki Market. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and convenient for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Kyoto.

Wir mussten leider wegen eines Rohrbruchs in einem Partnerhotel nahe dem Bahnhof untergebracht werden. Das Partnerhotel war sehr gut und sehr sauber. Absolut Nichts auszusetzen. Der Hauptgrund meiner Bewertung ist allerdings der Service. Der Hotelmanager hat uns ein kostenloses Taxi in wenigen Minuten organisiert, uns persönlich begleitet, die Koffer getragen, uns beim Checkin begleitet und uns bis zum Aufzug gebracht und sich mehrmals entschuldigt. Eine absolut respektvoller Umgang den man in Deutschland nur äußerst selten findet. Top, danke nochmal und weiter so! Wir kommen wieder.

Excellent location, very close to metro and walking distance to lot of places, and good breakfast. Room is comfy.

Could have complimentary water in the room.
