清潔でした。水道やシャワーの蛇口がピカピカでびっくりしました。駅から非常に近く、レストランもたくさんありました。徳山駅から新幹線が出ているのでロケーションはかなりいいです。

３日泊まったけど毎日同じメニューのビュッフェでした。あと、家族で泊まるには収納が少ないので、結果物が散らかってしまいました。

いつも利用させて頂いています。近隣のホテルよりは少し高いのですが、清潔さ、快適さは十分満足いくものです。駐車場からも直結ですので、利便性は抜群です。大浴場もあり、ゆっくりできます。山口への旅行の際には、良いホテルに泊まろうと思うのなら、是非選ぶべき。

息子達の為に予約し利用させていただきました。私は直接お部屋に入っておりませんが、駅近、新しい、部屋が広くて快適、大浴場もあり、大変満足したと言っておりました。また枕も選ぶ事が出来、ホスピタリティが行き届いており、次回もまた利用したとの事でした！
