L'accueil à la réception a toujours été fait avec le sourire et dans l'optique de satisfaire. Cela se ressent et est très apprécié. De même au restaurant (surtout la jeune fille mais pas qu'elle). Qualité de service. Chambre très spacieuse et décorée dans un style japonais qui ajoute la touche qui manque à d'autres endroits. Bon il faut savoir se relever de dormir par terre (sur matelas épais quand même) mais la qualité de l'expérience est presque complète. A 5 ou 10 minutes d'un arrêt de bus selon la destination. (10minutes cela devient un petit peu loin mais soit)

Il manque des prises ci et là pour pouvoir brancher certains appareils. Une fois les lumières éteintes, il faut les rallumer depuis le lit. il n'y a pas d'interrupteur dans la pièce de vie. D'ailleurs les lumières de la salle de bain ne donnent pas sur le visage, ce qui fait que l'on ne se voit pas toujours correctement dans les miroirs. Sans être un reproche de ma part, j'ai aussi regretté quelque peu d'avoir eu à faire à un personnel anglophone lors de notre arrivée, plutot que Japonais. Cela rajoute à l'immersion et même si cela complexifie la discussion, j'aurai préféré avoir à faire à un personnel japonais. D'ailleurs par la suite, le contact s'est très bien passé. Ce n'est pas un reproche en soit parce que nous avons été très bien accueilli mais j'aurai aimé pouvoir pratiquer les quelques mots de japonais que je m'étais efforcé d'apprendre. Après la clientèle est à tendance Occidentale et cela se ressent dans le déjeuner d'ailleurs. Il manquait une touche plus prononcée japonaise. Finalement, le manque d'obscurité plus complète avec les fenêtres typiques mais par contre cela rajoute au décor. Il faut juste savoir qu'il fait clair dans la chambre très tôt le matin avec le soleil levant.

Beautiful clean hotel with very friendly staff. Located in a quiet street. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. Nice breakfast.

They are saving money on cleaning - make sure to review their cleaning policy - might not be for everyone. Hiding behind “eco” is something I’m not a fan of. But to each their own. We did get 1 cleaning in our 3 day stay included so that’s better than nothing. Breakfast was a bit pricey (around 3k jpy pp) for what was included, but we enjoyed it.
