Breakfast was amazing great selection of different types of food. Service was great. All the food tasted great. Location was great. Front desk was so helpful and friendly.

Huge bed bug bites all over my thigh. From the gym. Staff helped me deep clean and hot dry my gear as I was frightened to bring the bugs back into my room or worse…home!!! Bedding not done well, trailing on the carpet and I had to get clean sheets and covers and remade the linen MYSELF on and other night as it was a Sunday and no housekeeping. I didn’t want to risk any more bug bites just in case…😕

Laundry and housekeeping not uo to a standard that the brand and the price warrants

The location is excellent, the hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional. Their response to requests was quick and efficient.

The price is quite high for a 4-star hotel, and there is no luggage service to the rooms, even as an additional paid service. Additionally, the room walls are not soundproof, which was very disturbing and affected the overall comfort of the stay.
