The Beverly at Mt. Lebanon by Luxe PGH

This was a bait and switch by the property owner or manager. They never called to give us the information to get into the place so I had to reach out to them right before hand. They answered the phone as if they didn’t know why I was calling or that it was a business at all Then they switched the property that we were supposed to have to a different place that looked nothing like the pictures from the first place of course and the house given to stay in was a very old house that was attempted be to partially refinished but entry doors all cracked or had holes in them and did not look secure and the stair rug looked like someone threw up on it. the place was a bit dark and creepy. It had no heat or hot water! When I reached out to the person I had the number for they did not respond back.

This place does not offer refunds or cancelations. Due to a breakup, I was unable to go. So I wasn't able to cancel due to the ridiculous cancelation policy of this place! I will never book here or through orbitz again for even allowing this extremely restricted type of booking. Their fees have gotten ridiculous too. Travel insurance doesn't cover break-ups!

We didn't even stay at the listing on the website it was a whole other place. It was filthy from previous guest. Trash, dirty towels with people's hair stuck in it, no cleaning supplies I had to get our own, hair all over the bathroom, floor covered in dirt. They didn't give us the code to get in until 2 hours after check in time and barely answered. Definitely didn't answer after I sent them pictures of how dirty it was.This is a scam and they will treat you in an undeserving way. Stay far away from this listing. They will ask you for more off the site too. I'm still livid at how we were treated

The old bait and switch was in play. No outreach from the host, had to track them down to obtain check-in credentials, and then they tried to send me to a different property miles away that was not even listed through Hotels.com!!

Lack of communication upon check in. Host double booked property and we lost out. Host sent us to a different property claiming it was better and recently renovated to find it was still under renovation, with no working appliances including fridge, dishwasher. Construction materials all over. Holes in walls, broken light fixtures. Had no choice as reservation states no refunds for canceling. Didn't have extra funds to book somewhere else. Host wouldn't answer calls and denied any accountability for their error when asked for a partial refund and then cut all communication. Beware. I should have paid more attention to the red flags given in previous reviews because they happened to me and worse.

House was lovely. But had problems checking in on arrival, requiring additional emails, texts, and ID measures with owner. Communication could have been more timely

None of the essentials listed was actually provided when me and my fiance arrive to the property it all look ok but when i was going to take a shower i notice no shampoo no body wash and only one towel available which to me is like the beare minimum a place should have on top of the fact that the shower tub was absolutely disgusting and looks like it needs to be scrub .. When we arrive there was 2 people there barely getting out rushing whihc uou can tell because places was just wipe barely clean and rush and for the cleaning fees they charge i was at less expecting a a clean shower and a clean towel no Towels were left washing in the machine and only one towel dry .. I was not expecting to not have towels or the bare minimum. WHICH was SUPER UPSETTING I was only staying there one night so how is that asking for much..

I was in love with the place , it was beautiful . Not onr thing to complain about at all . I loved the area it was in too. Everyone was super nice .

Beautiful place

Great place to stay! Excellent location to the city. Very safe neighborhood , the property it’s self was clean, neat and super cute. We will definitely rebook for future stays! Sophia responded immediately to our questions. Off street parking was a plus and the neighbor above us was very friendly.
