Orka Village Hisarönü

It's literally a resort with water stuff, and as much as I vibe checked that part, I liked it. For me the views were good, the music was done sanely, and the location did ultimately help me achieve my excursions outside the resort because of visibility of the trails and weather right from the resort, which helps plan things.

I primarily chose the location to be able to take a shortcut walk to Kayakoy, it's mainly on me that I didn't ask about it at the property and made a failed attempt via the horse track as much as I could read the signs. Though if it is possible, I'd recommend the property to pitch these options upon check-in if a guest looks like they'd like that sort of experience. It could even be an upsell.

Nothing much, perhaps evening entertainment was ok.

Rooms weren’t cleaned that well. Walls between rooms were paper thin. Shower was always Luke warm, never hot Sunbeds and furniture had seen better days. Breakfast was disgusting. Supposed to be able to go for breakfast up until 10.00am but staff started clearing away approx 09.50

Хороший отель. Показалось что дороговат для такого местоположения и уровня. В целом хорошие завтраки, разнообразные. Но кофе нормального на них нет, только растворимый. Отель тихий, но уже подуставший.

Не было кофе на завтраках (только растворимый). нет парковки. Вода в басейнах была холодная. Доп питание очень дорогое.

Good breakfast selection Great pool area and slides just shame my daughter was told by lifeguard it was ok to go down when there was still a lady and baby still on it. Resulting in my 7 year old hurting her ankle and has been limping for 5 days since.

Room dated. Wall paper peeling off. Furniture very worn and floor that badly worn threw it had a bath mat placed over it. Room tiny. 4 beds with hardly a gap between them. We didn't have suitcases but if we did there wouldn't of been anywhere to put them. No pool table. I couldn't believe a family hotel in turkey without a pool table.

Good hotel for families with young kids. Easy walk in to the town of Hisaronu & to get bus to Oludeniz (10 mins away)

Our room was very noisy, located on the corner right by the bar/day restaurant & with the dart board attached to the outside wall. It was extremely annoying when people played darts before 8am, during the day & evening as there was a constant tick tick tick from the darts in the wall! We asked to be moved twice but nothing was done! Also this hotel should be advertised as an ENGLISH hotel. It was full of english people, not what we expected when we booked & all prices were in GBP which you don’t except when you’re in another country. No authenticity for where we were, very disappointing! Hotel was informed when we booked that one person was gluten free, we asked every morning for gluten free bread but none was given until our last day.

• O pequeno-almoço foi, sem dúvida, o ponto alto deste hotel. Extremamente saboroso e com uma variedade impressionante de opções, tanto doces como salgadas. Todos os dias havia uma seleção diferente de pães, croissants quentinhos, queijos, frutas, omeletes feitas na hora, pequeno-almoço inglês completo, panquecas, bolos, várias geleias e bebidas saborosas (café e sumos). Foi, sem dúvida, o melhor pequeno-almoço que tivemos durante toda a nossa viagem. • A cama era muito confortável e estava impecavelmente limpa, tal como as almofadas – muito confortáveis. • O chuveiro tinha excelente pressão, água bem quente e o hotel disponibilizou produtos de higiene (gel de banho, champô, creme corporal, etc.). • Ficámos num quarto espaçoso, com varanda e vista para o teleférico de Oludeniz, o que proporcionou um ambiente calmo e uma paisagem muito agradável. A tranquilidade do nosso quarto foi algo que valorizámos bastante durante a estadia. • A TV funcionava perfeitamente e oferecia uma boa seleção de canais em várias línguas. • O estacionamento é na rua, mesmo em frente ao hotel, numa zona tranquila. Tínhamos carro alugado e conseguimos estacionar facilmente todos os dias, sem qualquer problema. • O hotel fica a cerca de 10 minutos (de carro) da praia de Oludeniz mas, bem pertinho (1 minuto) do centro da cidade com várias lojas boas, supermercados e restaurantes.

Infelizmente, poderia ter sido uma experiência quase perfeita mas, houve alguns pontos negativos que consideramos importantes referir: • O quarto tinha um cheiro intenso e persistente a esgoto vindo da casa de banho. Tivemos de manter a porta sempre fechada para evitar que o odor se espalhasse pelo quarto, o que foi bastante desagradável. • Pelo valor pago por noite, seria de esperar um nível de conforto superior. Apesar de o quarto ter chaleira elétrica e chávenas, não foram disponibilizados quaisquer chás, cafés ou chinelos, algo que encontramos como cortesia em todos os outros hotéis onde ficámos nesta viagem. • No momento do check-out, quisemos utilizar a balança disponível para pesar as bagagens, mas a máquina só funcionava com moedas. Como não tínhamos moedas, pedimos à receção para incluir esse valor na conta final e, em troca, nos forneceriam o montante equivalente em moedas. A recusa foi imediata, sem qualquer tentativa de ajudar ou facilitar a situação. Uma solução simples que teria feito toda a diferença para nós, mas a resposta foi apenas: ou tínhamos moedas ou não podíamos usar a balança. Zero flexibilidade.
