En önemli hijyen tam puandı.. güler yüzlü personel, resepsiyondan oda temizleğine, mutfaktan animasyon ekibine kadar herkes işini severek pozitif enerjiyle yardım severliğiyle yapıyordu biz ailecek çok memnun kaldık.. verdiğimiz paraya göre aldığımız hizmet çok ilerideydi.. düzen tertip ve organizasyon en üst seviyedeydi.. odamıza gelen meyve tabakları içinde otel müdür Uğur Beye teşekkürlerimizi borç biliriz… Koç Family

I literally cannot understand why it is three star hotel, it should easily be at least 4 stars! Everything was top notch! Literally everything was perfect! The comfort, the luxury, the amenities and the facilities… immaculate!

Pool timings! They HAVE to and They SHOULD increase the pool timings, as not all of us like to swim in the scorching summer sun! We would have enjoyed an evening swim as well! Sunset was around 8pm and the pool already started closing 5pm for slides and 6pm for the pool!

I didn’t not like this hotel at all please don’t book this place the staff are horrible and they charge you for water bottle everything is chargeable not worth it

Hi stay away from the hotel never again gave out family a hard time and not safe to stay In there

The hotel was a short walk into Hisaranou and in a lovely setting. The reception, bar and restaurants were well maintained. Staff work hard and are friendly. The negatives were: Pools were freezing due to not being heated. Drinks were overpriced.

5 minute walk from the shops, bars & restaurants.

Only issue was the AC in our room worked, but wasn't very effective.

Es war im ganzen alles gut, wir hatten das Zimmer mit der Halbpension gebucht. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht sich jegliche Wünsche zunerfüllen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlt gefühlt. Das Hotel ist sehr auf die Briten fokussiert und es wird alles nach Pfund abgerechnet, der Großteil der Gäste sind daher Engländer.

Die Zimmeraustattung könnte eine Auffrischung ertragen. Es sind wenige Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Zeiten, für das Frühstück sind generell ca. von 8 bis 10 Uhr und könnten am besten etwas länger werden.
