"This women staff is the worst of my many years experience."

1: when checkin, the mid aged women staff refused me to provide Japan’s driver license or my-number card, both are legal id in Japan. insisted me to provide my foreign residence card. 2: i was first to check in on that date, of the many available rooms, she gave me a room close to the machinery in the adjacent land which is noisy throughout the day.
