Personal war unglaublich lieb!

Nice and tidy rooms. Good Location for day Trips.

No real reception or any customer service. Checked in within the “opening” hours but no one was there, needed to ring a bell, someone showed up and handed us a key. Same for check out, but this time the door of the reception was locked. Thrown the key into the key box and left. No kettle to heat water. No parking in the proximity, only street parking limited to 90 minutes, thereafter the car needs to be moved. The hotel was advertised with free parking. Breakfast was a half empty plate with some meat and cheese, micro “Brötchen”. If you are vegetarian or can not eat pork, almost all of it is not for you.

Nettes Personal. Sauber. Sommerrodelbahn und Busbahnhof gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Zugehöriges italienisches Restaurant war gut.

Einrichtung heruntergekommen, teils defekte Möbel, nicht einladend. Frühstück okay, aber mehr auch nicht.

Frühstück war abwechlungsreich und gut. Zimmer, schönes Holzdesign

Leider keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Frühstück war gut, aber der Frühstücks raum war eher klein. Hatten nicht alle Gäste Platz auf einmal.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr sauber!

Sehr altes und verwinkeltes Haus mit niedriger Deckenhöhe. Wir waren bei minus Temperaturen dort und haben echt gefroren. Die Fenster sind eigentlich gar nicht so schlecht, dies wurden aber so unfachmännisch eingebaut, dass es so was von zieht. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt! Die Heizung war wirklich sehr warm, hatte aber keine Chance gegen die Fenster. Über das Frühstück kann ich nur sagen, man musste mich verhungern, aber ein gutes Frühstück sieht anders aus!

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement, tout était confortable et le petit déjeuner était très bon ! Le personnel très chaleureux. Nous avons eu un retard d’avion et sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu, et malgré que les clés n’aient pas été dans la boîte le personnel a réagit très vite et a même pris le temps de nous expliquer comment cela se passait (les équipements, où se trouvaient le petit déjeuner)… Je recommande.

Seulement le fait que les clés n’étaient pas dans la boîte, sinon tout était bien.

Le restaurant faisait partie de l' établissement fait des plats époustouflant. On nous a proposé une chambre plus grande comme nous avons voyagé avec notre chienne sans supplément.

Il manquait cependant une bouilloire ou cafetière dans la chambre, le wifi gratuit ne fonctionnait pas du tout. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bon, cependant restreint.

Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Zu wenig Steckdosen, und leider die Heizung war nicht so richtig warm.
