Modern eingerichtet und sauber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Leider ist unter der Toilette permanent beim betätigen der Spülung Wasser unter der Kloschüssel rauslief. Der Unterkunft war es wohl bewusst und die hatten eine Schüssel unten drunterstellen stellt, was leider wenig half. 😔dies wurde bei der Bestätigung, die vom Eigentümer kam, nicht erwähnt.

My experience was not good. The room was completely unprepared upon arrival, with the bed messy as if it had not been cleaned after the previous guest. In addition, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom, which made the stay quite unpleasant. On the positive side, communication was easy and the check-out process was simple and convenient. However, cleanliness is a basic and essential standard, and in this aspect, the experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend it until they significantly improve hygiene and room preparation.

What I did not like was arriving at check-in time and finding my bed not properly made, as if the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. Even after requesting a room change, my request was not accommodated. Instead, I was offered only a 50% discount for the first night, which was clearly insufficient. At a minimum, I should have been moved to another room and received a full refund for the first night, given the poor condition and unpleasant smell. I also have photos to support my complaint.
