Das Hotelzimmer grenzte unmittelbar an die Straße/Gehweg. Verkehrslärm war während der Nacht nicht wahrzunehmen. Das Hotelzimmer wir in einem soliden, sauberen, aber nicht mehr allerneuesten Zustand.

Auf Grund der Nähe zu Gewässern ist die Ergänung der Fenster mit Insektenschutz zu empfehlen.
