The service, attention and professionalism of Julia, Risa and Nikky has been EXCELENT!

Soft bed, audio facilities, clean, shy conditionier and working good, shower works great.

No refrigerator, a bit small space but you know it while ordering anyway

The room was clean and quiet, but a bit smaller than we expected - it was a room for two people, but only with one chair. The bed was comfortable, and overall room was comfortable. Also, the location is within walking distance from a metro station. The buffet breakfast was delicious with variety of choices. The highlight and one of the best features of this hotel is the bar with great cocktails which is open all night! We arrived from an even really late and the bar was absolutely great with super-friendly staff members.

The toilet door is not super protective from the toilet smells, so in the room you smell more than you expect when someone is in there, so the design definitely can be improved.

Park yeri var yazıyordu,yoktu. Daha girişte valizleri indirip check in yapmaya çalışırken polis ceza kesti. Çünkü girdiğimiz bangır bangır müzik çalan restoran barın otel olduğunu anlayana kadar 6/7 dakika geçmişti.1003 nolu odaya çıkmak için asansörde 2 ye basmak gereken tuhaf bir otel!Çift yerine tek kişilik oda verildi. Odada tarz olsun diye konmuş bozuk bir radyo vardı ama resepsiyona yanlış oda verildiğini bildirecek telefon yoktu. Ücretin booking com tarafından çekildiğini belirtmemize rağmen bizde görünmüyor deyip tekrar çektiler. 3 ayrı resepsiyonistle akşam 18:00 de , 22:30 da ve ertesi sabah 10:00 da yapılan konuşma sonunda para iade edildi. Kahvaltıda süt yoktu. Yumurta diye haşlanmış 3 tane kabuklu yumurta vardı! Sabah 2 kere oda servisi kapıyı çaldı. Rahatsız etme kartları koyamazdık çünkü yoktu. Sonuç:Hotel değil! Hostel
