The building is clean and the room is clean

It was called a suite apartment but it was only a single room. So it was not what they wrote in advert. The place is also quite far away from the central station 🚉. There was lack of toiletries in the room. Confusions among the workers concerning checkouts and extra days booked. I booked extra day but was forced to check out and I came back after wondering for about 4 hours on the street I was assigned the same with without any cleaning 🧹🧼 or toiletries such as toilet paper and shower hell and towels.
