"Gerne wieder für einen Besuch in Potsdam und Umgebung."

Die Lage sehr zentral und zentrumsnah. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut per Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer und Hotel sehr modern und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist der Straßenlärm nicht zu hören. Tiefgarage mit Lademöglichkeiten für E-Autos ausgestattet. Allerdings wurden einige dieser Parkbuchten durch Nicht-E-Autos blockiert. Für größere Autos ist es etwas eng in der Tiefgarage zum Einparken. Aber prinzipiell wurde eine sehr gute und sichere Parklösung für PKW geschaffen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich!

Zimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut, wenn man die Fenster geöffnet hat (Straßenbahn, viel Autoverkehr). Bei warmen Temperaturen ist es nachts im Zimmer u. Bad schwer auszuhalten, da eine regulierbare Klimaanlage fehlt.

Mit Balkon war auf jeden Fall mega. Sehr gute Anbindung. Küche, Zimmer, Bad... einfach das Gesamtpaket war hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Dass das Reinigungspersonal sämtliche Türen hat fallen gelassen. Ohne Rücksicht, dass eventuell noch Besucher vor Ort sind.
